courage grid

Courage is the inner strength that propels us to face challenges, overcome fears, and embrace change. It’s a vital force that enables us to step out of our comfort zones and pursue our true potential. Manifesting courage can be greatly supported by the use of crystal grids, which are powerful tools in the realm of energy work. By arranging crystals like rhodonite for inner strength, prehnite for dispelling worry, and Red Jasper for grounding and courage in a geometric pattern, one can create a focal point for their intentions. This sacred geometry acts as a conduit, channeling the collective energy of the crystals and amplifying resolve to act bravely. As you meditate with your crystal grid, envision the barriers dissolving and the courageous energy infusing your being, empowering you to take bold steps towards fearlessness.

how to assemble a courage grid

ashoka chakra grid: representative of the eternal cycle of life.

  1. Set up your grid in a light-filled space preferably in the south end of your home.
  2. Set an intention: ex: "I have strength to face whatever challenges I encounter today and everyday."
  3. Place your focus stone (rhodonite) at the center of the grid while placing a focus on controlling your emotions.
  4. Arrange your way stones (prehnite) around the grid as shown in the diagram while conjuring the energies of strength and courage.
  5. Place your desire stones (red jasper) with confidence and power around the outer ring of your grid.
  6. Speak your intention either aloud or silently.
  7. Each time you pass by your confidence grid, pause, say your intention, and focus on thoughts of strength while feeling completely supported by the universe.
